Eagle have been making commercial kitchens healthier places to work for over 20 years.

Every kitchen is different so Eagle extractors are individually designed and built to suit a particular kitchen. Our service extends from the initial measurements, to determine what capacity of extractor your particular premises will need, right through design and fabrication and on to installation and inspection. From start to finish we take care of all aspects of the work including, as appropriate, masonry work, electrical installations and even retiling.

Canopies and Filters
The main component of an Eagle Systems extractor is the canopy which is mounted above the cooking ranges. Made in high-grade stainless steel the canopy is assembled and pre-wired in our Weobley factory.

The canopy can be fitted with filters, grease traps, moisture traps, and extra lighting as required.

Filters types range from standard, washable, mesh filters which extract some 90 percent of airborne grease to disposable filters which are 100 percent effective. Noise elimination and odour reduction are also available as options for canopies which are to be used in restaurants in sensitive areas.

Safety Options
Extractors can be built which incorporate automatic fire supression systems. These produce wet or dry fire extinguishing foams which are easily wiped away.
